The most precious nut ever, embedded in each bite of my Swiss chocolate. It’s something you’d fall in love with at the first bite.

And to my delight I found a pack of untouched, un-cracked, whole…  In some sense ‘virgin’ hazelnuts.

Let me tell you, they taste as good eaten with the chocolate, as when eaten without it.

With a soft crunch, almost like a cashew nut – but softer. The texture little buttery yet softly hard and coarse at the same time. It felt like heaven. Leaving behind a slightly bitter after-taste.

Well, if the description could have been anymore gay, I’d just conclude and say.

Then God said, let there be Hazelnut!
